We have the perect opening for a trainee in our Asset Management team. Goals for your traineeship period
· Learn the fundamentals and skills to succeed in commercial real estate investment
· Learn the methods and thinking behind our trade
· Take on independent and responsible tasks already from the beginning of your traineeship · By learning through hands-on experience, gain valuable insight in diferent areas of real estate investment in that might even help you set the course of your future career

As a trainee in the Asset Management team, you will be working on a wide variety of tasks supporing the asset managers in their daily operations (including, but not limited to):
· Paricipate in selected projects and management of the porolio assets
· Assist in creating, documenting and updating asset-level business plans
· Prepare repors and material for internal review and decision-making
· Collect and refine asset related data in close co-operation with relevant functions · Create material and analysis to suppor various investment scenarios
· Overall suppor for the Asset Management Team
· Responsibility and exposure based on your experience and level of studies

We are primarily looking for a candidate who could fill the position as soon as possible. Working hours can be flexibly agreed based on your studies with ideally 2-3 working days a week on average.

We are looking for people with an academic background who are eager to learn, proactively take initiative and have the drive to succeed. You enjoy solving complex problems and have a strong inter-est in commercial real estate investment and asset management.
To succeed in this role, you will need an analyical mindset with atention to detail. Additionally, ability to work with a hands-on approach both independently and in collaboration with diferent teams is required highlighting your strong co-ordination and communications skills. You feel comforable on working with MS Ofice sofware, especially Excel and PowerPoint. You are fluent in writen and spoken English – the oficial company working language. Finnish language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
