aTalent: ICEYE – HR Coordinator

A growing international New Space company ICEYE is now looking for an HR Coordinator to join their growing team in Espoo! This is a temporary position of 6 months and the length of the contract can be negotiated according to your wishes and situation. Depending on the team’s needs in the future, there may be a possibility for an extension. We hope you can start working as soon as possible and we will proceed with suitable candidates already during the application period. As an HR Coordinator, your main responsibility is to support the People Operations team during the holiday season. Currently, ICEYE is also restructuring the People Operations, so you will have a crucial role in keeping the operations running smoothly during the change period. Since ICEYE is a constantly evolving company, we hope you are interested in automating processes and contributing with your insight.
More specifically, your primary responsibilities are the following:
- Providing administrative support and guidance to our employees according to our global people processes to ensure compliant ways of working in the countries ICEYE operates
- Preparing and managing employee contracts
- Taking care of benefits administration according to our current benefits portfolio
- Maintaining accurate personnel data in our HRIS systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Contributing to HR reporting and analysis and providing insights to support decision-making processes.
- Coordinating onboarding tasks
- Creating and updating the internal knowledge database with People Operations processes.
We hope you have:
- Already some experience in the role of HR Administrator / HR coordinator or other relevant role – ideally around 2 years
- Some knowledge of Finnish labor law
- Knowledge and experience in using Google environment tools (Sheets and Slides), and/or Microsoft 365 tools (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English
