The meeting was opened at 10:01 by President Winqvist
The following matters were addressed at the meeting:

  • Dicipline measures have been taken.
  • Invitation to annual bals. Blomqvist and Nordin will represent SHS at Boomi ry’s annual bal.
  • The Board decided on the extension of the current restrictions until 9.2.2022.

  • Preparations before the board’s meeting and student council meeting
  • Preparations before the Presidents subcommittee
  • Schooling with Tage

Emilia Winqvist

  • Meeting with NHHS about cooperation
  • Attended WSC first meeting
  • Attended the Scholarships Committee meeting and wrote nominations
  • Met with the Toppmötes presidents
  • Handled matters related to tradbörs
  • Lunch with StudOrg chairman
  • Met KSO with Hampus and discussed the rules of our spaces
  • Attended Niord’s first meeting
  • Attended Hankens Canon meeting
  • Booked meetings with various stakeholders
  • Been in contact with ÅFK and CN regarding the annual party festivities
  • Worked on implementation plan
  • Prepared for the Board’s strategy weekend

Hampus Nordin

  • Meeting with KSO regarding the continued cooperation with myself and Emmi
  • Meeting with the housing company
  • Solved the problem with the toilets in the Student Union Office
  • Distributed keys
  • Meetings and conversations with my predecessor
  • Preparation for board meeting, council meeting and chairman’s committee meeting
  • Preparation for the strategy weekend with the board

Jennifer Holmberg

  • Filled out the Finn-Arma carbon survey (Hanken goes carbon neutrality)
  • Last batch of SoMe-material for the County Elections. 
  • Planning of the Wellness week with Pippi and Ida.
  • WSC constituent meeting. 
  • Writing of information text and tackling a situation at the student union together with other beard members. 
  • Planning of “Universum’s carriere test goes sustainability” with William and Anton. 
  • Mailing with ÅAS’s head of Academic Affairs. 

Ida Havunta 

  • Meeting with Tobias (SSHV) regarding educational affairs 
  • Planning and gathering material for the presentations of UU- student representatives (to be published on Instagram and Facebook)
  • Weekly meeting with Jennifer and Pippi – Review and planning of the Wellness Week
  • Attended Hanken’s training for elected representatives 
  • Meetings with Hanken regarding educational affairs 2022 

Anton Mattsson

  • Had a tough badminton match against members Holmberg, Sundell and Nordin
  • Looked through archives for material for the Annual bal
  • Started with the board presentations 
  • Sent in board info sheet & greeting for printing
  • Fixed SHS e-mail addresses
  • Planning presentation on equality and harassment for Thursday’s chair committee meeting 

Pippi Blomqvist 

  • Training for equality and harassment ombud 
  • Collaboration discussions with X3M and Commu
  • Convening of the Hankeits’ Welbeing Group
  • Support-Hankeit planning, creation of year clock
  • Contacting equivalents in other student associations and partners and scheduling meetings
  • Creation of a working group for the preparation of the Wellbeing Survey
  • Planning a presentation about equality and harassment for Thursday’s chairman’s committee meeting
  • Board presentation to Instagram

William Sundell

  • Had meetings with partner companies
  • Had meetings with the Head of Corporate Relations as SSHV and MK
  • Held the Kick-off meeting with the Business Committee
  • Prepared and held the first Company of the Week together with Deloitte

Selma Lumio

  • Had meetings with other student unions and associations about co-operation
  • Preparing for the student union fair
  • Preparing for the kick-off meeting with the president committee
  • Looked through old documents
