Meeting abstract of The Executive Board’s meeting 4/2018

The Executive board made decisions in the following matters during the meeting:
– Christian Nygård was elected as a member of Unisports directorate
– The Executive Board has granted project support for Hanksi
Other matters:
– The Executive Board has discussed the standard about greetings for the annual balls. The board decided that Melina Weckman will make a layout
– The Executive Board decided that Ida Andersén will be in charge of announcing our attendance on annual balls, our send our greeting.
The activity of the Executive Board:
– The Executive Board has attended on Suomen Ekonomit intro-days and met with SSHV.
– The Executive Board has attended EC’s welcome dinner.
– The Executive Board had a meeting with inspector Martikainen.
– The Executive Board had an info session about the curriculum plan with Sabina Eerola
– The Executive Board met with its SYL-parent Petra Laiti.
– The Executive Board attended Kylteri-days.
– The Executive Board has attended the presentation of the curriculum plans.
– The Executive Board participated on a dinner with UF.
– The Executive Board had an equality policy-education.
– The Executive Board had education about communications.
– The Executive Board had its first strategy day.
– The Executive Board had its official dinner of change with the executive board of 2017.
– The Executive Board arranged a student union fair.
– The Executive Board had a meeting with ÅFK.
– Henna Konsti participated on a meeting and a seminar for the presidents in Kylteri-organizations.
