Join Paint & Mind in the Casa hall on Wednesday 5.10 at 18:00-20:00 to start your week with acrylic paints, mindfulness and of course associated snacks. No previous painting experience is required, only a good mood and a willingness to try something new

In honour of the Wellness Week and due to popular demand, SHS is organizing a panel discussion about sexual wellness and well-being! 

The Wellness Week has expanded in comparison to previous years. In addition to physical and mental well-being, we are focusing on sexual well-being, in addition to e.g. financial and social wellness.

What exactly is sexual well-being? How do you create a safe space for sexual and gender minorities? Why is good allyship important? Join the panel discussion to find out!

The panellists include a variety of experts in sexual well-being, so you get to learn how you can promote your own well-being in the areas of sexuality. The panellists also share their personal experiences and professional tips on the matter.

The panel is held live in the Assembly Hall at Hanken (festsalen) at 18:00 on Thursday 6.10.2022. Keep your eyes open for the reveal of the panellists in the upcoming weeks!

UniSport is owned by University of Helsinki, Aalto University and Hanken and has six locations near campus areas: Helsinki City Centre, Porthania, Töölö, Kumpula, Meilahti, Otaniemi and Viikki. At UniSport you can exercise in a well-equipped and relaxed environment with super student-friendly prices. With the Training Card, you have access to 5 gyms, over 200 weekly group training classes, versatile ball sports groups as well as online training videos and Livestream classes. The first visit is always free for new customers!

During the Wellness Week, UniSport offers a free visit for Hanken students at UniSport Kluuvi, Yliopistonkatu 4, on 6-7.10.2022!

The visit includes the gym and if space is available, you can participate in group training class as well. Booking rights for group training is not included, but you can check the free spots from the website beforehand. UniSport Kluuvi is a modern sports centre with an 800-square-meters gym on three levels. Customer service is available at all hours and is happy to help. When arriving, please be prepared to show your student ID or Frank app.

On World Mental Health Day, the Committee of Social Affairs is organising a wellness fair in the Hanken foyer! 

Here you will have the opportunity to meet various support services from Hanken, Unisport, OLL and Folkhälsan, among others, to hear more about the services they offer and take part in their activities.

The meeting is held in Maxen in Helsinki and in room V105 in Vaasa.
