Summary of Student Council’s meeting 6/2026
Location: Teachers’ Lounge at Hanken in Helsinki and the meeting platform Teams

The meeting was opened by the President of the Student Council Carlhielm at 17:30.
The Student Council addressed the following matters during the meeting:
- The Board presented a report on its activities.
- The Student Council adopted the financial statements for 2025.
- The auditor’s report for 2025 was reviewed.
- Discharge from liability was granted to the 2025 Board.
- The Board’s supplementary budget proposal was reviewed and referred back.
- The revised regulations for special associations were approved, subject to a language review.
- Ellen Lönnqvist provided a report on the activities of the Working Group on the revision of the Student Council’s rules of procedure.
- The Board provided an update on the implementation plan.
- Lillian Langenskiöld presented the results of the member survey.
- Ellen Lönnqvist was elected as student representative to Hanken’s Board.
- Erika Andréasen and Onni-Mithra Ingus were elected as student members to the Board of the Swedish Economics Students’ Foundation (SESS).
The meeting was closed by the President of the Student Council Carlhielm at 20:56.
