Summary of Student Council’s meeting 2/2026

Location: Teacher’s lounge at Hanken in Helsinki and room V105 at Hanken in Vaasa
Time: Wednesday 28 January 2026, 16:03-17:00.

The meeting was opened by the president of the Student Council, Carlhielm, at 16:03.

During the meeting, the Student Council addressed the following matters:

• The new Board presented a report on its activities.
• A new member was elected to the Student Council’s Grand Committee for the term 2025–2026.
• A working group was elected to revise the regulations for special associations.
• The motion regarding the revision of the committee regulations was approved.
• It was decided not to award the Stora kårnålen i guld in 2026.
• It was decided to award the Stora kårnålen i silver in 2026.
• It was decided to award the Stora kårnålen i brons in 2026.
• It was decided to award the Kåraktivitetsmärket in 2026.
• It was decided to award the Kamratskapsmärket in 2026.
• It was decided to award the Intressebevakningsmärket i guld in 2026.
• It was decided to award the Intressebevakningsmärket i silver in 2026.
• It was decided not to award the Stora förtjänsmärket in 2026.
• It was decided to award the Lilla förtjänstmärket in 2026.
• It was decided not to award the SHS standar in 2026.
• The Student Council was informed of the awarding of scholarships in 2026.
• Decision on the 2025 Board’s proposal for the division of remuneration in January 2026.

The meeting was closed by the president of the Student Council, Erik Carlhielm, at 17:00.
