General
- Attended events at the student union ❤️
- Attended the General Assembly meeting
- Attended the Kylteri Boards’ PikKY Christmas event
Alma Portin
- Participated in PK’s, CN’s, and MC’s four-person council meeting
- Repaid the deposit from Femman
- Worked on the Vaasa agreement with the Secretary General, Treasurer, and Vaasa representatives
- Spoke with the General Assembly
- Attempted (unsuccessfully) to transfer a deposit between accounts
- Wrote a proposal for the General Assembly
- Had meetings with board-builder Ellen
- Attended a UU meeting
- Attended an OrdFU meeting
- Supervised the EC Farewell with Mirre
- Held presidium quality time x2
- Attended a meeting with Minister Anders Adlercreutz
- Went to the dentist
- Played with my plush bunny Tobias
- Asked my dad to drive us (me and Mirre) to the airport (departure no later than 6:00 tomorrow)
- Went on a sushi date with the SHS basement boss
- Fixed acrylic nails
- Applied for summer jobs without much success
Mirjam Wadenström
- Revised and gave a facelift to the SHS graphic manual
- Spent a lovely evening at HGK’s Christmas ham dinner
- Had a pleasant oral German exam with Stefan — Angenehm!
- Supervised the EC Farewell dinner with Alma
- Had dinner with my mom
- Held presidium quality time x2
- Thought through arrangements for the upcoming Stockholm trip, incl. booking luggage
- Attended a UU meeting
- Attended a meeting with Minister Adlercreutz (and missed an exam)
- Attended the last OrdFU meeting of the year
- Designed, ordered, and sent SHS Christmas cards
- Managed the website
- Administered Orbi
- Managed SHS email accounts
- Created and published content for Instagram
- Looking forward to a rewarding end of the week with the final board meeting, rector’s lunch, rector’s Christmas mulled wine, EC four-person council meeting, saying goodbye to my beloved gymnasts, and one last visit to our western neighbors
Vilma Runeberg
- Held the final chair meeting
- Discussed matters with the Head of the Sports Committee
- Sent info emails to committees about new Drive folders
- Arranged supervisors for the Christmas party
- Completed my final course at Hanken ever (unless the thesis counts)
- Was in Turku and networked 😉
- Looking forward to shopping in Stockholm
Antar Mountassir
- Hyped myself up for Emilia Qvist’s new song
- Held a UU meeting
- Held a Disciplinary Committee meeting
- Updated my will
- Planned my January diet and training
- Planned ham-eating over the Christmas break

Kaisa Rantonen

- Wrote principles for safer spaces
- Will host coffee at the student union café today
- Participated remotely in the mental-health promotion network day
- Vacuumed and cleaned at the student union
- Attended a Unisport board meeting
- Had a mega school grind
- Organized gift-wrapping for the Joulupuu charity drive
- Became addicted to Hogwarts Legacy
- Attended a meeting with Minister Anders Adlercreutz
- Signed the will and started collecting emails for the successor
- Cooked extremely good noodles and dumplings
Max Rehell
- Managed the booking calendar
