Danske Bank’s Large Corporates and Institutions division is looking for ambitious individuals to dive into our Capital Markets and Corporate Banking Trainee program in both spring and autumn of 2025. The spring session kicks off in January for seven months, while the autumn stint spans five months beginning in August. Set in the heart of Helsinki at our Kasarmikatu office, this is where your professional journey accelerates.

As a trainee, you’ll be an integral part of our high-performing teams, providing essential support in daily operations – from financial modeling and trading sales to valuation, market research, and crafting analytical presentation materials. This is your chance to soak in knowledge from the financial sector’s best, sharpening your analytical and communication skills in the realms of corporate and investment banking. You will be rotating between two dynamic teams, broadening your perspective and networking within the bank.
Trainee rotations are offered within the following teams:
- Corporate Banking
- Markets & Equity Research
- Transaction Banking
- Investment Banking
