BREAK EXERCISE SERVICES HELP TO TAKE BREAKS AND TAKE CARE OF WELL-BEING
Did you know that even a short break for exercise improves concentration, thinking, creativity and learning? But you’re still stuck in static work postures throughout the day and forget to take breaks?
UniSport provides break exercise services for everyone at the university. The Break Pro break exercise program and Carefree Shoulders-livestream help and motivate taking breaks from work and sitting at the desk.
Versatile Break Pro keeps reminding you
The BreakPro break exercise program is your tool for taking breaks from sitting down and working. The new updated version:
- It offers short and refreshing break exercises in almost ten different languages
- You can schedule the program to remind you of your breaks according to your own daily timetable
- You can change the alarm sound
- It is also possible to mute reminders during your Teams/Zoom meetings
The instructions, designed by physiotherapists, are easy, versatile, efficient and safe. The program includes more than 130 versatile videos from more traditional shoulder exercises to faster pace training, as well as tips on ergonomics. In addition, mindfulness exercises are included to help to relax the mind and practice presence.
How to get started
The Break Pro program brings an exercise break to the desktop or pocket of everyone. The software is easy to install and use. Watch the Break Pro motivational instruction video.
Install the software at https://breakpro.fi/lataa or from the application stores and log in to the program by entering your Hanken e-mail address. You will find the instructions also from UniSport’s page and on Hankens page.
