The following matters were addressed at the meeting:

  • Representatives from the clubs’ Women Carrier Society and HankInvest have presented their activities respectively.
  • Project grant applications were handled
  • The position of Hankeit of the Quarter has been made vacant

Notification matters

  • Board member Holmberg reports that EC during Friday’s Welcome Dinner with about 160 participants performed the sitz with porcelain plates and cutlery, instead of disposable plates, successfully.
  • Board member Blomqvist reported that she and board member Nordin represented SHS at Boomi ry’s annual ball during the weekend.

Jennifer Holmberg

  • Supervised EC’s Welcome Dinner, where our new plates and cutlery where used for the first time in big scale
  • Advoctates weekly meeting
  • Crisis communication due to the war in Ukraine
  • WSC meeting
  • Inventory in the Casa kitchen and instruction videos
  • Call with the student representatives in the board of Åbo Akademi University
  • Sent out SEHP instructions to committees
  • Meeting with rector
  • First meeting with “nomineringskommittéen”
  • Written and send in SHS’s comments on SLY’s election program
  • Meeting with Hanken Sustainability Group
  • Written grant application

Ida Havunta

  • Planning the Equis-work

Selma Lumio

  • Representing during EC Welcome Dinner
