Goals for your 3-6 month part-time or full-time traineeship
- Our joint goal is to make sure you learn the basics of real estate investment
- You will learn the methods and thinking of our trade, and be given independent tasks and responsibilities already during your traineeship
- As you learn about different tasks through hands-on experience, you will begin to recognise areas that particularly inspire you – you might even find something that sets the course for your career

Trainee, Asset Management | Sponda Oy
As a trainee in the Asset Management team, you will be working on a wide variety of tasks supporting the asset managers in their daily operations. These tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Participating in selected projects and management of the company’s assets
- Assisting in creating and documenting asset-level business plans
- Preparing reports and material for internal review and decision-making
- Collecting and refining data related to e.g., leasing and investments in close co-operation with other functions
- Creating financial models and analysing varying investment scenarios
While performing the tasks you are assigned, you are an important part of our team. You will receive help and guidance, and you will not be left alone. Your tasks and responsibilities will increase as your skills develop and you become ready for new challenges. Your employee experience is key – we understand this, so we will move forward at a pace that feels right to you. Your working hours and the length of your traineeship period can be agreed to suit your studies.

We don’t believe your academic background is the key to your success in this position. The most important things are keenness to learn and a drive to succeed. Of course, it wouldn’t harm if you are interested in real estate properties!
For this role you will need a precise, analytical approach to working, so hopefully that describes you. Ideally, you know how to collate and refine data from different sources, and you see documentation and preparing presentations as an opportunity to learn and take on board new things. As our trainee, you will be using your good written and verbal communication skills, in both Finnish and English.

Trainee, Project Management Office
As a trainee in the Project Management Office team, you will be working on a wide variety of tasks supporting the daily operations of the PMO team. These tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting in steering the project portfolio including the resourcing for the projects
- Tracking of what project activities are ongoing, the status and the main contacts of these
- Monitoring of what kind of internal and external resources are available for projects
- Participation in the decision-making meetings to ensure that projects run smoothly and to track what decisions are made
- Preparation of different reports and materials
While performing the tasks you are assigned, you are an important part of our team. You will receive help and guidance, and you will not be left alone. Your tasks and responsibilities will increase as your skills develop and you become ready for new challenges.
