Junior HR Specialist at SEB in Helsinki
We are looking for a colleague to join our HR team in Helsinki working approximately 3 days a week until August 2023. During summers it is possible to work full-time. This is an amazing opportunity to learn what it is like to work in an in-house HR team within the Human Resources field in an international organization.
What you will be doing
You will be a part of our HR team of four colleagues collaborating closely on a daily basis. We offer you a great possibility to see and learn what a human resources function does in practice in an international organization from a local as well as a global perspective. You will have the possibility to develop yourself and learn different fields of HR depending on your interests. You will also get an opportunity to peek inside the financial sector and the banking business.
A major component of this job will be working with employment and HR policy -related questions from our employees, managers and other stakeholders. In addition, you will participate in recruitments of our trainee and internship programs and employer branding activities. You will have an opportunity to bring new ideas to our employer branding activities and execute them in collaboration with our team. Depending on your interest and strengths, this role will also provide you the opportunity to participate in various HR projects.

You have interest in the Human Resources field and high integrity as well as fluent communication skills both in Finnish and English. In your role you will interact with both internal and external stakeholders and therefore we appreciate if you have a customer service mindset. Good prioritizing skills and eagerness to bring fresh ideas are also key elements of an ideal candidate.
