Analyst – Nordic Healthcare Group

Are you interested in working with tasks that are meaningful for our
society? Do you want to be surrounded by caring colleagues?

If you have the same desire as we have, to together develop better health
and social services, join Nordic Healthcare Group’s growth story! We offer
advisory services for the health and social services sector, and we live by
our values everyday: the diversity of our customer projects and the
meaningfulness of our work are the source of our inspiration. We can
achieve our vision only by working together, and therefore, we are now
looking for new analysts to join our team!

At NHG it is possible to work with versatile management consulting tasks,
but also with benchmarking projects in our BI business unit. In
management consulting, you will be working with several different customer
projects, and depending on your own interests and your background, you
can work with for example operative consulting, digital consulting, strategy
consulting, research or data analyses. At NHG, you will be working on
several projects simultaneously as a part of a project team, and hence, you
will learn widely about different fields.

In our BI business unit, you will be working with our BI products that help us
support our clients’ everyday life. When working with our products, you get
to deepen your substance knowledge and create added value to our
customers with the help of benchmarking.

In both management consulting projects and the BI business unit, the
analysts are mainly responsible for conducting analyses, preparing client
reports, communicating with customers and are also participating in client

meetings. With us, you will learn a lot through diverse projects, at the same
time as you will be progressing on NHG’s career path. What are you
interested in? Is ever-changing problem-solving or long-term information
production with help of data your passion? Or something in between?

In both management consulting and BI projects we are expecting:

● Interest in developing health and social services through analytical
methods
● Structured problem-solving skills and excellent ability to read
numbers
● An independent and result-oriented approach
● A Master’s degree and good academic success
● Fluent Finnish and English
● In the BI business unit experience in SQL and handling large
amounts of data are seen as an advantage

For us, experience is not as important as finding people who sign our
values and have a burning desire to learn more about developing health
and social services. Please tell us what appeals to you and where at NHG
you could see yourself. Examples of our projects and solutions can be
found on our website.

Our office is located in Lauttasaari next to the sea, but nowadays we are of
course also working remotely. At NHG, the team spirit is strong and
therefore, we organise fun events and get-togethers regularly, also virtually.

spring, and the job will start in the autumn. We will be arranging a Q&A
session regarding the analyst position on April 20th at 5-6PM, so join the
