What you will be doing
You will be a part of a Real Estate Coverage team in Helsinki serving the largest local and international real estate investors in the Finnish market. Real Estate Coverage is part of Corporate Banking and we have colleagues in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Germany. Team has overall responsibility for providing and coordinating all banking services for our real estate clients. Our product offering primarily consist of financing, corporate finance, debt capital markets, cash management and hedging solutions. We have also high ambitions for promoting sustainability in our business. Cross collaboration and interaction with other SEB teams with focus on accuracy and timely delivery are essence of our daily work.
As an analyst you will be responsible for
– Building internal financial models and presentations for business cases
– Evaluation of credit worthiness of business cases as a part of the team
– Preparing client presentations and materials
– Administration of certain client communication and documentation
– Close collaboration with our advisory teams in client projects
– Stakeholder support resolving everyday issues
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a strong team player with interest in finance and real estate. To succeed in this position, you would need to have university degree with proven track record combined with excellent financial analysis skills and comprehensive knowledge of relevant fields such as finance, real estate economics or strong ambition to develop yourself in these areas. Excellent technical skills with Excel and PowerPoint are valued as a strong merit. You need to be well organized and able to work independently in a busy environment. Most importantly you would need to have the ambition and eagerness to develop yourself professionally. Fluent communication skills in English and in Finnish are required.
