Customer Base Corporate Sales Development Representative – Nordics

Based in Ireland, Dublin

Job Description

Workday is looking for a Corporate Sales Development Representative to join an expanding team here in our Dublin offices. We are looking for driven individuals to be able to proactively build relationships with prospective customers for Workday, dealing closely with our accounts management team based across EMEA to develop sales activity.  This role will give you excellent exposure working with other departments within Workday such as Sales, Marketing, Operations and other departments when required.

What You’ll Do

  • Use your experience and consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors.
  • Employ effective selling strategies to successfully position Workday as a viable alternative to legacy ERP solutions.
  • Help develop customers into key references for Workday.

Account Executive or Inside Sales Representative- Net-New Medium Enterprise and Large enterprise 

About the Inside sales role:

Workday is looking for an Inside Sales Account Executive for Mid-Market (500-3500 employee) and Commercial Large Enterprise (+3500)for our net-new team which will focus on selling Workday Planning and Workday Strategic Sourcing.This is a brand new role, on a brand new team, which will focus on building relationships with Leaders in prospect accounts. This role will entail a full sales cycle, from initial prospecting to negotiating on price and closing the deal.

This role will be a pathway to Field Sales or other exciting opportunities within the wider Workday Sales organisation.
