aTalent: Dittmar & Indrenius – CRM Administrator

Positionen kräver finska kunskaper.

Type: Permanent and full-time
Location: Pohjoisesplanadi 25 A, 00100 Helsinki
Application DL: Tuesday 27.2.2024

Dittmar & Indrenius, also known as Dittis, is now looking for a proactive and service-minded systems expert to join its team to be responsible for the main CRM system administration, system development and business support with customer data.

As the main technical user of the CRM system, you will be responsible for the technical functionality of the system, the quality of the data and the internal processes and guidelines related to the use of the system. Your day-to-day activities will include training staff, reporting and resolving problems related to the use of the system. At a strategic level, you will proactively seek to identify and develop solutions to meet the various needs of the business in terms of sales and customer development. You will be responsible for producing various reports and supporting Dittis associates in the growth of service lines and customer development. You will work extensively with the Customer Experience Development Manager, the IT team and the Assistant team and outside of Dittis you will interact closely with consultants and trainers from an overseas systems provider.

The role is new to the organisation and the CRM system has just been upgraded to a newer version with significant new technical functionality, so the focus of this role will in the longer term evolve according to the skills of the person selected and the needs of the team. Ideally, the person we are looking for will already have relevant experience as a technical administrator of a CRM system, but above all, we expect you to have a passion and proactive approach to supporting Dittis’ business – by exploiting the opportunities offered by the CRM system and by sharing your own expertise. In this role, you will work with a wide range of stakeholders and will be supported by a dedicated data steward team of assistants to ensure the quality and accuracy of data, for example, so your success at Dittis will be supported by good interpersonal skills and the ability to organise and guide not only your own work but also that of your colleagues. We also appreciate your previous experience in a legal firm and/or other specialist organisations.

The job description is full-time and permanent, and the team works in a hybrid model. We are flexible on the starting date, but hopefully you will be able to join the team as soon as possible.

We expect you to have:

  • Relevant experience with CRM systems
  • An interest in supporting business development and data-driven decision making from a CRM perspective
  • A degree in business and/or engineering
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills, ability to work under pressure and to organise, and a can-do attitude to succeed
  • Good knowledge of Finnish and English

We count as an advantage:

  • Previous experience as a CRM administrator and in similar roles
  • Experience of working in a professional organisation, in particular legal, management consultancy and audit firms
  • Previous experience of delivering training within an organisation and producing training materials

Dittis offers you:

  • A forward-looking and ever-evolving organisation that invests in the well-being and community of its employees – Dittmar & Indrenius has been recognised in several national surveys, including the Great Place to Work certification
  • A welcoming work community and culture where you are treated with warmth and appreciation – you can even join in the baseball field or play in Dittis’ own band if you so wish
  • A responsible and varied job description, where you get to support Dittis’ growth at the heart of its operations and produce relevant data to support the business and stakeholders
  • The support of an enthusiastic and knowledgeable team and a comprehensive induction to your role
  • Comfortable working premises in Esplanadi, comprehensive staff benefits, a fixed monthly salary of around 4000-5000€ depending on your background and hybrid work opportunities
