The ideal starting date for the role is October 2023, but the start date can be arranged for October-November depending on your circumstances.

As an Investment and Financial Management Specialist, you will be involved in a wide range of investment and financial management tasks. When you start in the role, you will be assigned your own responsibilities according to your skills, interests and the team’s division of labour. Your job description will focus on either direct investments in companies or funds and related BackOffice tasks. You will also prepare monthly account statements and will be involved in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns. You will take care of reporting and liaise with the various investment teams. You will also have the opportunity to participate in company-wide development projects.

To succeed in this role, you will be familiar with the basic principles of financial management and be interested in developing your financial skills in the field of private equity. You may well be at an early stage in your career, as the finance team will provide you with the necessary support and coaching to develop your skills. You will fit into the team if you are open to learning new things and working on different tasks, and if you are comfortable working with different stakeholders. You are tenacious, accurate and have a long-term focus. You will work on a hybrid model in Ruoholahti, Helsinki. The work is full-time, but working hours are flexible, e.g. due to finalised studies.
