PwC – Trainee for the recruitment team

Are you interested in a career in recruitment and want to see what it’s like in practice? We are now looking for an enthusiastic and proactive trainee to join our professional and relaxed recruitment team!
As a recruitment trainee, you will assist our team in the recruitment processes of various specialist roles. In practice, your work may include, for example, drafting job advertisements, publishing advertisements on different channels, contacting applicants and scheduling interviews, other applicant communication and mapping suitable profiles using the LinkedIn Recruiter tool. You will also have the opportunity to participate in various recruitment events, such as student career and recruitment fairs.
The traineeship is paid (€2 200-2 400/month, depending on your educational background and stage of studies) and lasts 4-8 months, depending on the contract. You will start in May and we hope that you will be able to work full-time, but we are flexible in terms of combining your studies. Part-time work is also possible from time to time. The traineeship is fixed-term and will take place during the most active recruitment periods.
What do we want from you?
- An enthusiastic, motivated and proactive attitude
- A systematic approach to work, the ability to move from one task to another, sometimes quickly, and the ability to prioritise
- At least a couple of years of studies in a relevant field (university/university of applied sciences)
- Good oral and written Finnish and English language skills
As a recruitment trainee, you will work closely with your own team as well as with the recruiting pre-employees and applicants, so we hope that you have good social skills and enjoy working with people. You will be bold in your approach to people and not averse to telephone contact with applicants. We do not expect you to have previous recruitment experience.
