Analyst trainees to Nordic Healthcare Group!

Nordic Healthcare Group is a pioneer in advisory services for the health and social services sector, and our clients include both public and private sector operators. Together with our 140 employees we work with projects in operational consulting, digital consulting and strategy consulting as well as pharma, research and data analysis. As an analyst trainee your tasks include gathering information, doing analyses and preparing customer reports. You will get to work in different projects and teams, consisting of inspiring professionals from whom you will learn the secrets of social and healthcare consulting.

Our office is located in Lauttasaari, but nowadays we are of course also working remotely. For us, team spirit and helping others are very important. At NHG we organise get-togethers in the form of for example team days, sport events, afterworks and bigger parties. During the trainee period you will also be assigned a NHG Buddy, a colleague that helps you to better understand and get involved in all NHG activities. The trainee period will take place primarily during spring 2022, and we offer both full and part time contracts for different time periods, so please tell us about your availability in your application. You can also tell us which area of expertise you are especially interested in.

What we are looking for in a trainee

  • Interest in developing health and social services through analytical methods
  • A desire to learn about management consulting
  • Structured problem-solving skills and excellent ability to read numbers 
  • An independent and result-oriented approach
  • A Bachelor’s degree and ongoing Master’s studies and good academic track record
  • Fluent Finnish and English, other languages (especially Scandinavian languages) are considered a plus
